After dating Jake for two years, Sarah made the announcement that they were getting married on Instagram on Tuesday morning.
The Netflix actor shared happiness with her 62.8 million followers by posting a photo of herself and her fiancé flashing their engagement rings.
“I’ve loved you three summers now, honey, I want ’em all,” the caption read.
One of American singer-songwriter Jon Bon Jovi’s four children, 20-year-old Jake, also shared a photo to commemorate their relationship with the word “forever.”
