Famous couple Beyonce and Jay-Z bought a house that has now shattered prior California home price records.
According to TMZ, the couple spent a whopping $200 million to purchase an opulent Malibu mega-mansion, making it the most expensive house ever sold in the state of California.
The $238 million apartment in Central Park South in New York City that hedge fund tycoon Ken Griffin purchased in 2019 was the most expensive real estate transaction in the nation. The 30,000 square foot concrete compound is the second most expensive buy in the nation.
Beyonce will be able to return to her new luxurious home once her Renaissance World Tour is done. It is situated on an 8-acre cliff with a view of the Pacific Ocean in the Paradise Cove neighborhood, commonly known as Billionaires’ Row.
