Freetown Bridge Linking West And Central City Collapsed

It has been revealed right now that the Savage Bridge that links the West of Freetown to the Central part of the city has collapsed, leaving the residents stranded.
The bridge carved in after a heavy downpour within the area.The tragedy has resorted to some residents requesting  authorities to review similar  infrastructures within the city, such as the Aberdeen Bridge, which according to sources is over 35 years old without any form of maintenance. 
The present scenario calls for immediate concern from the government as it poses danger for inhabitants of the community and the general citizens because the damaged bridge serve as a major gateway to main parts of the city.
