The Muslim Students’ Society of Nigeria MSSN, has urged Muslims to invest immediately in ICT content and digitization that is Islamized.
The call was made by MSSN in a statement issued at the conclusion of its 79th National Islamic Vacation Course (NIVC), which was conducted in Ilorin and jointly signed by Malam Muhammad Bin Isa, the National Chairman, and Malam Auwal Yunus, the Secretary.
The statement states that investing in Islamic digitalization is now important to protect the next generation in the rapidly evolving technological environment.
“There is an urgent need for spiritual and moral training and investment using Islamized digitalization and ICT content development for the preservation of our future generation,” the statement read.
The Islamic organization tasked the Muslim Ummah with taking whatever legal action possible to protect the freedom and religious rights of Muslim women and to punish violators appropriately.
The amount of decadence in Tarbiyah, or good manners, among the general ummah, was described as humiliating, and it was added that Western civilization and the desire for mobile phone ownership have a detrimental social impact on children’s upbringing.
The MSSN denounced “the continuing disrespect or rejection of female Muslim students’ freedom of expression in other parts of the country” while praising the recent Supreme Court decision regarding the wearing of the hijab.
