Tribunal  Nullifies Adeleke’s Victory, Declares Oyetola Winner Of Osun Governorship Election

The Osun Governorship Election Petition Tribunal Sitting In Osogbo has declared former governor Adegboyega Oyetola As the lawful winner of the July 16th, 2022 Eelections, having found proof of over-voting.

The Tribunal then nullified the victory of Governor Ademola Adeleke of the state. 

The Tribunal ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to withdraw the Certificate of Return issued to Gov. Adeleke.

The tribunal decided this during the judgement delivered on Friday.
