Rashford to extend contract at Manchester United

Marcus Rashford, a forward for England, is about to sign a new five-year contract with Manchester United.

His weekly salary will rise from £200,000 to $300,000 under the new agreement, the Sun reports.

Rashford has been in excellent form for the Red Devils, scoring in seven straight games.

The 25-year-current old’s deal was extended by one year by United last month.

The Ligue 1 giant Paris Saint-Germain has been linked with a move for the attacker.

In 18 Premier League games this season, Rashford has tallied three assists in addition to eight goals.

In five games during the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup, he scored three goals.

With 38 points after 18 games, the Red Devils sit fourth in the Premier League.
