Headies 2022 Wizkid, Tems, Burnaboy Others Win Big (Full list of winners)
The 15th Headies Award is one of the trending conversations on social media platforms as popular Nigerian singers, Wizkid, Tems, and Burnaboy among others win big at the award held at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre in Atlanta on Sunday, September 4, 2022.
Apart from their two joint awards (“Essence” won song of the year and best R&B single), Wizkid won album of the year for Made in Lagos (Deluxe Edition), while Tems won best female artiste and best R&B album for If Orange Was a Place.
Grammy award winner, Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu won the artiste of the year award. Meanwhile, Olamide, Wizkid, Davido, BNXN, Adekunle Gold, and others also won individual awards at the event which took place outside Nigeria for the first time.
